NO SHOW POLICY

If you are signed up for any waitlisted class or childcare session and fail to attend or fail to cancel your reservation within

4 hours of its start time—you will be charged a no show fee.

This policy applies to all clients; Unlimited members, class pass users, drop-ins, as well as all outside class pass vendors.

​

  • BLOOM MEMBERS will be charged a $10 no show fee

  • PUNCH PASS and all other non-member clients will have a single class deducted from account for no show

  • CHILDCARE no show fee is $5 or a pass deducted from account

If you have an emergency (e.g. car trouble, injury, sick child, etc.) and are unable to cancel within 4 hours of the class start time, please email

and we will do our best to work with you. We know that things happen and life is unpredictable!

Did your class get cancelled? Yeah, we're bummed too...We reserve the right to cancel classes with 4 or less participants. So, if the class does not meet the required number of participants, class may be cancelled and you will be notified.  

Any fees or passes will remain in your account from any cancelled classes.
