Staying motivated is key to your success... whether we're talking about your workouts, your work life, or frankly just being motivated to get out of bed in the morning.
The ever-changing weather these days make it easy to make excuses or put things off. But let's face it... the longer you avoid completing tasks... the more unnecessary stress it can add to your days.
Having a solid morning routine that you stick to daily can help start your day off in the right direction, beginning with simply making your bed and putting on something other than the pajamas you wore to bed. Even if you don't plan to leave the house, or you're now working from home, it still puts you into a different mindset to put on a different outfit.

Encourage others, and you'll automatically start seeing encouragement from them in return.
Listen to motivational stories from audio books, TED Talks and documentaries.
Do a quick workout, even walking around the office for a 5-minute break can help.
Close your eyes and visualize yourself reaching your goals.
Take a walk outside and let nature reset your mind.
Wake yourself up from your slump with a cold shower.
Get a friend to join you to make whatever you're doing more enjoyable. (Ahem... they'd probably LOVE to join you for a class at Bloom.)
Clean up your home or your workspace, and you'll feel like you can get more done in a de-cluttered environment.
