We're so excited to kick off the NEW YEAR with you and we've got some FUN things already lined up... like this new BLOG for instance!
This will be an extension of the Bloomsquad page, of course, but also a place where we can share a little more inspiration and information that may help guide you throughout your journey of wellness... in body, mind & spirit.

If you've been around for awhile... well... hopefully you already know how much we adore you?! Did you hear about the "Bloom Bucks" though? As we progress throughout the year, we're planning to have a theme for each month, where we'll try to tie in posts on this blog along with activities & events going on at the studio. This month we're putting some focus on NUTRITION. As fun and necessary as it is to incorporate exercise into your life and weekly schedule, good nutrition really is key to having success, especially if weight loss is a goal.
Additionally... there are quite a few new classes on the schedule this month! If you're wondering what each class might involve... you can check out our class descriptions page. The BEST way to find out, however, is to just TAKE THE CLASS!!
Step outside your comfort zone this year and try NEW things... new classes... maybe even try your favorite class, but with a different instructor! CHANGE is another piece of the puzzle when it comes to success in your journey of health & wellness. Changing up your routine is also a great way to break through that plateau you may have hit where it seems nothing's happening anymore with your body.
If you're a cardio queen... add some strength classes!
If you're a weights junkie... jump into a class that gets your heart-rate up!
If you're already doing both... how about hitting up some yoga classes this year!
As you've likely already set some personal goals... try to remind yourself all year long, that YOU are a priority. Put yourself at the top of your daily "To Do" list. Granted life can get in the way of keeping up with our intended workout schedule, but even a quick walk around the neighborhood counts when you can't make it into the studio. And by the way, we've got ya covered there too with member access to lots of online workouts!
We can only be good for others... our children, spouse, friends, family, our jobs... if we take care of ourselves FIRST.
You matter, girlfriend. And we're all in this together.
